Change comes in Waves!
With ethical and sustainable practices at the forefront of the fashion industry, Breaking Waves is choosing to take this approach head-on. We developed environmental initiatives to help maximize the efficiency of our processes and minimize waste, but improve our quality and standards. Our mills follow Oeko-Tex standards to ensure customer confidence and high product safety. From sustainable swim lines to eco-friendly factories, we are committed to creating products that have only positive impacts.

So What's New?
Sustainable Lines
We aim to reduce our carbon footprint through the use of clean energy, recycled & sustainably sourced materials.
Sustainable Materials
With new materials such as lycotex and recycled yarn, we are working to make our lines sustainable without losing quality.
Sustainable Production
From LED lights, energy efficient machines, to electric boilers; we ensure our factories are doing their part to reduce their carbon footprint.
Tracibility
Knowing where and how every part of our garments are made, allows us to maintain standards in quality and ethics.
Compliance
Recognizing social & factory compliance standards of production are one of the most important steps in order to produce high-quality products.
3D Technology
With technology rapidly changing, Breaking Waves is adapting for the future of design. Using cutting edge 3D technology we are able to fast track our development. 3D software gives our designers a vision of real life products. 3D technology is streamlining processes and allows designers to make decisions with confidence by conducting styling validation on a digital twin of the physical garment. Also allowing to create endless iterations, and share designs instantly by leveraging a true-to-life digital sample.

Reduce Sampling
Using 3D software we are able to reduce the amount of sampling to reduce cost and fast track development.

Freedom to Explore Designs
3D software allows our designers to explore possibilities and push the realm of what is possible.

Visualize
Visualizing in 3D we are able to see the final product and provide clear direction to our factories to help speed up development.
